Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchase". Your subscription will be restored using the same Apple ID you originally purchased with. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Apple ID.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ThoughtLoop → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Yes. Your tasks and personal data are stored only on your device. Voice recordings sent for transcription are processed and immediately discarded — we don't store them. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Tap the Brain Dump button, speak your thoughts out loud for up to a few minutes, then tap done. ThoughtLoop sends the audio to our server, transcribes it using AI, and automatically extracts individual tasks from what you said. The audio is deleted immediately after transcription.
Each morning ThoughtLoop asks how you're feeling — Ease (low energy), Steady (normal), or Go (high energy). Your mode adapts the coaching language and can influence how tasks are presented. There's no wrong answer — this is about working with your actual capacity, not against it.
Tap the Reset button on the home screen. If you have Pro, you can use the AI Reset which analyses your remaining tasks and creates a fresh, prioritised plan for the rest of your day.
Yes — go to Settings and tap "Change my profile" to update your category. Your category affects the language, icons, and coaching style throughout the app.
Yes for core features — tasks, sprints, energy modes, and streaks all work offline. AI features (brain dump, task breakdown, plan reset) require an internet connection as they connect to our server.
